Multiples and rare babies¶

The Upgrade Wheel can award twins, triplets or additional rare-baby chance during an existing pregnancy.

Consult the current wheel and tracker for the pregnancy's status. Exact probabilities should be read from your installed build rather than assumed from another version.

Pregnancy stages¶

The release describes five stages, with pregnancy art for all seven eligible partners, including Fiona and Nina.

Use the Fertility tracker's due date for delivery timing. The release notes do not establish a universal day-by-day stage table, so this guide does not prescribe one.

Hospital delivery and daycare¶

Attend the hospital delivery before sleeping. Name the newborns and manage their records through the Hospital Daycare; babies can also live in their mother's room.

If progress seems stuck, check your installed version and the mother's current tracker status before assuming the due date has changed.

Breeder progress¶

The phone's Breeder page tracks births and permanent perks.

Use its current unlock requirements and bonus descriptions when planning further progress. The related achievements are listed separately.
